The basic concept behind natural vision improvement is that the
way we use our eyes determines how well we see.
Vision is a complex process that requires the use of both the eyes
and the mind in perfect co-operation. The eyes gather and focus
light, but it is the mind that controls the eyes and interprets
the information provided.
In the early 1900's Dr. William Bates discovered that by changing
the techniques and habits that we use to see, it is possible to
improve eyesight. The diagrams below summarise his discoveries about
the process of vision deterioration, and the reverse process of
natural vision improvement.
