What is natural eyesight improvement?

Natural eyesight improvement addresses the cause of poor eyesight, rather than treating the symptoms.

Most vision problems start with some form of eye strain or stress.

The conventional approach is to treat the symptom, poor eyesight, with glasses or contact lenses. This initially appears to solve the problem, but for many people it is the start of a cycle of deteriorating vision and stronger glasses.

The natural vision approach is to teach people how to see without strain. The method was originally developed by Dr. William Bates in the early 1900’s. Poor eyesight stems from poor vision habits such as staring and straining hard to see. Good natural eyesight can be regained by learning and applying good vision techniques and habits.

Who can benefit?

People with a great variety of vision problems have improved their eyesight by learning natural vision techniques.

  • Astigmatism
  • Light sensitivity
  • "Middle-aged" vision (presbyopia)
  • Squint (strabismus)
  • Lazy eye (amblyopia)
  • Eye strain or fatigue
